Whether fishing grass or pitching docks I always have this bait tied on a rod. You stick some big pigs with it.

I have used these for years and split the time with Baby Brush Hogs and Super Flukes. One of the three will catch fish if you find fish. I laugh when reading "they aren't molded perfectly". Is there anything in natures real assortment of baits that is "perfect"? One of the best strings of fish I caught two years ago came on a Super Hog that was so torn up I was re-hooking it literally on shreds just to see how long it would work. I quit using it when it just wasn't possible to hook again. I fish LMs, SMs, and Spots with all three mentioned.

The Super Hog is the more durable cousing of the brush hog, I like the thickness and compact size, easy to use with a baitcaster, weedless or with a small weight, this bait has added pounds to my catches. Have caught up to 6 bass on one bait before having to switch out, fewer appendiges means less panfish hitting it and tearing arms and legs off. Smallmouth particluarly seem to like this bait, hopped along steep rock ledges, anything with redfleck in it, seems to imitate either crawfish or salamanders common to my NH waters.
