I've been using this shower on hunting and fishing trips for about 12 years. It heats water very fast and efficiently. Avoid windy locations. I was advised by the distributor the second year to use a 12v boat bilge pump to get more volume of water thru so as not to get burned when you lift the hose above your head. But that still didn't work all that well. In year 3 we found the best way to have the perfect temperature, volume and best shower was to heat the water in a 5 gal bucket to the prefect temperature before showering, then turn the Zodi off and use the 12v pump only. Then it was a truly awesome shower. Great for heating water for dishes, etc too!

This system worked exactly like advertised. It heated the water quickly. I started the pump, lit the burner, got under the water and it was HOT! After lowering the flame some it adjusted nicely. Made a nice end to an already great day in the woods. My wife said it made the trip wonderful. The lid for the container that the unit is stored in doubles as the water reservoir, The lid holds the unit while in use. The only flaw I found was that the assembly is a little top heavy and would fall over if not supported. I'm gonna make a better stand for the fuel bottles to set in.

I purchased one of the double burner showers for my hunting cabin. I do not have running water at my cabin because of it being very remote. This shower is a God send. The water heats instantly and the temperature is controlled by opening or closing the gas knob. The water pressure is a good constant pressure. Any camp without indoor shower facilities would be very happy with this shower.
