The rod started splitting at the end, so I ordered another one. I thought the rod handle was a screw down but it was not.

Came without line, nor instructions on how to set drag, and other controls.
Getting huge birdsnests of line!
Crank has a hard throb when retreiving.
no zebco web site help, either.
Embarasing when other fishermen see me futzing with this Zebco reel.

First time out the rod worked ok. however, the second time.... Broke the tip of the rod on a small fish. Nor a very durable rod
