A Bass Pro Exclusive!

The Bill Dance Catfish Combos are Bill’s favorite heavy-duty whisker systems. There’s no ''right way'' to go after monster cats, so he’s designed well-matched combos to help you score in different situations. All feature large-capacity reels with ball-bearing-supported drive systems, high-powered gear ratios, and extra-strong drags. The rods are built ultra-tough with sturdy glass blanks, double-wrapped guides, and oversized EVA grips. The Spinning combos feature big, brawny reels with maximum cranking power.

Line recovery in inches per handle turn.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Cat Rod I really like this rod, i got the 9ft and fish from shore at the local lakes and the rod is a little stiff but the reel is great to work with. I will even take this to the coast. Get a some great line and you can fish anything as it cast as far as you can throw it. I use mainly 3oz weights and it gets pretty far. The foam grip is great on your hands but you know it wont last a really long time if you dont take real good care of it. I am sure there are others out there that are better but for the money you cant beat it. All in all i love the combo and plan to get another one so i can run them both at a time. August 6, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by great combo really like this rod combo. been able to put my hooks out where the fish are feeding. June 11, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Not bad i bought this set up because i needed another pole to keep up at my cabin. it has worked out pretty well for the fishing i do with it....the one bad thing about it is that it does not cast very well. July 12, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Fishing Poles I ordered 2 Zebco Bill Dance Catfish Spinning Combos. One arrived with a broken tip. The other one was fine. It's been used and my son really likes it. It was a great buy. Instead of going through the hassel of sending the other one back we bought a tip kit and so far its held up well. Other than opening the box and finding one had been broken the boys are really pleased. I would suggest that whoever packed it be more careful. The tip wasn't found in the box so it didn't happen during shipment. Thanks :) Have a great day. June 16, 2011
