This glue works great for gluing things such as tradition flies. But trying to fill a real gap, such as the slot for the hook in a bass popping bug, is a never ending job. You can fill the gap with Zap-A-Gap, let it dry, come back and the gap is still there. I've done this as many as 4 or 5 times on one popper. If I'm doing something wrong I would appreciate any suggestion. For what I want this glue to do it does not live up to the name "Zap-A-Gap"

this is a good super glue for keeping all thread and fibers held on very well. the quickness of it drying is good and bad for example adding eyes to a fly. you just have to make it quick. like 10 seconds quick

This is by far the quickest drying, strongest glue I have used for fly tying. One thing is for sure though, dont get it on your fingers because it drys fast and you'll be stuck to whatever you are touching.
