Good leader does the job with no problems. It's not shark proof as no flouro is so I need to order more

This leader is excellent. It is not as soft and suptle as mentioned especially compared to say Moymo which is very suptle, non the less it can be tied very well at all sizes. I prefer it for yellowtail kingfish and bottom fish as it is very surface hard and has great abbrasion resistance, 20 to 100Lb i dont use anything else.

This was my first experience with using a flourocarbon leader. I used 100# test to make leaders for muskie while trolling. This year we did'nt do great but still managed to land about 10 fish from 36 to 45". Before buying I read reviews on the different brand's but was also very cost driven. Most of the negative feedback seemed to be focused on overall stregnth and ease of knot tying. I had no issues with strengh or durability from the Yo-Zuri brand and with the help of pliers had no trouble getting a good tight knot tied. Like I mentioned little experience, but my first exposure was very positive.

Pricey however this leader line works well. It has never let me down like other cheaper leaders that are too easy to get abrasion and fail.

I solve this problem by using PLine CX Premium, which is fluorocarbon coated, more supple and better casting than pure fluorocarbon, and simply select the pound test I think I'll need. With northerns and muskies I always use a short steel leader anyway. I am using CX Premium in Canada, Wyoming, Alaska, and Mexico, everywhere with good results. Only the pound test changes.1 of 1
