There probably isn’t a fly that is more appropriately named than the Stimulator since it flat-out motivates fish to feed. An outstanding stonefly, terrestrial and caddis imitation, the Stimulator’s contrasting colors and appealing profile make it a go-to pattern during golden stonefly hatches. Since Stimulato's ride high, they also work as an attractor pattern and with droppers. A stable full of Stimulators is a must for any angler who takes their fishing seriously. Color: Yellow Stimulator.

Rated 4 out of 5 by good salt fly for me just started salt fly fishing, have been a cold water inland fly fisherman until recently........ wirh gas, airfare and accomodations going crazy, can't afford it anymore. fishing bays and shorelines now and loving it. April 2, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Dry Fly Floats well for the size and even after a decent amount of water intake still rides high in the water column. Caught a nice 16" native 'bow, a few average stockers on one today, not to mention many more big blow ups and miss hits by other trout. Considering it was my first go around with this fly, I consider that an impressive performance. I will definitely be stocking more of these flies in my go-to box. June 15, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by Good buoyancy Haven't used these more than a few times since I got them, but so far they seem like they like to stay on the top of the water, which is great. They also look amazing and life-like when on the water, a must when fishing for trout. August 1, 2011
