I like these better than most of the cleats on the market as they seem to have more coverage than many other types. Also you don't have to take them off when you get in your vehicle or when you go into a business. No spikes or jagged edges to tear up tile. Many other type cleats have a very hard sole that straps on your boot. These don't, making them more comfortable. Even if the coil fills with snow, you still seem to get some traction.

i have been using Yak-tracks for over 2 years now. and they are still in excellent condition. they don't look like much but they do really work. now I'm not saying you can run a sprint across an iced over parking lot. but they will get you where you need to go without any spills.
i find they are a bit tight to put on, but you know they are not falling off while walking. these are a well made, quality product. and i know a lot of people that own a pair of these and swear by them.

If you are outside and have to walk in icy conditions these are for you. They prevent those accidential slips you always have. The grip great on ice and also help you in snow. Once you use a pair you will not go outside without them. Everyone who lives where there is ice and snow should have a set for every family member. I highly recommend this product.

it depends on their shoe size. if they have larger feet they will need a larger size. i wear a size 11 boot and i wear a large cleat. someone who wears a size 8 would need a smaller cleat like a medium... there should be a size chart on the yaktrak website, and on the packaging.Answers

the large will fit 9 to 12 mens,regular boots or shoes, not large enogh for the big insulated rubber boots though
