this is NOT a heavy saltwater trolling rig! I think a lot of people buy it thinking they will drag it out there for the big boys. put it on 8-20lb test and cast it in your favorite lake. troll it in the river. perfect in MD with a 3 hook max.

saw it on the internet and i thought id give it a try, first cast it became intagled, when i tried to bend one of the wires out further to keep them farther apart,it broke right there in my hand, would only use the jigs and the minnows they come with on their own, still trying other brands of umbrella rigs though.

I've seen these baits, and I am curious about them, so I ordered two, one for my wife and of course, me! We are in a hard water period, at this time, but I'm looking forward to putting these to the test in the Mohawk river and the lakes I fish, as I don't think anyone here has tried them. I'm confident they will be a winner, here!

Living in Massachusetts, I have not yet had the opportunity to use the product, I bought it due to its low cost. Since I live near the coast, the lure can be used both in fresh and salt water. I look forward to trying the YUMbrella in the salt. Generally stripers move into our waters by early May and the smaller fish, the schoolies, bunch up and the possibility of dual hookups is enticing. Later in the season, the vicious and hard fighting bluefish congregate in large numbers. Again I drool over in this case the strong probability of multiple hookups. Blues never stop fighting. So I hope this lure will be a strong addition to the arsenal of lures.
