Excellent deep water bait is summer when used on the Pumpkin Ed jig. Got to fish with Edwin Evers, himself, who designed this rig. I have caught largemouth up to 6lbs on this bait, 25 feet deep and smallmouth have taken it as well. Son popped a nice 3.5lb smallie on one.
My best colors have been Blue Fleck and Plum(which they don't have on this site.)
Worm is durable and when you catch a fish and the end is torn a little, just shorten it a 1/4 inch and move on.

Wow! Both the 10" and 6" are giant worms. Paired up with the Yum Pumpkin Ed jig head, the worm's tail floats strait up on the bottom. Moving your rod tip only a few inches causes the worm to flutter like mad. I'm sure the worms will work fine Texas-style as well. Plenty heavy to fish weightless, too. Weather just not cooperating in these parts--can't get out of the 20s and 30s. I'm sure some hungry pre-spawn mamas scouting nesting beds will attack once we can string together a few days inthe 50s. This worm will be on the bottom waiting for them. Go big pre-spawn; they're hungry after the winter, and they need to feed before spawn.

Have been trying this on different rigs, texas rig, c-rig, heavy shakey heads. I have only caught fish on the shakey head so far but they were quality fish. Need a big hook for these huge worms. I will continue to purchase them and use them big bites on this bait.

awesome baits for slow crawling on the bottom. You might think they are too big but big fish eat big baits. So i recommend trying em out you wont be dissappointed.
