Rated 5 out of 5 by Just great! If you have too many fishing items, this is best choice! Very ergonomic and roomy bag, compact. Slot for sunglasses good idea. Good quality. Sorry for my english :D April 9, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great bag This is an excellent tackle bag. With this and 5 hard boxes i have all i need to dominate ponds near me. March 17, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Bag! I have had this bag for over 5 years now and it still works. My only complaint would be that I filled it with two many boxes in the middle and after about 2 years and over a 100 fishing trips one of the straps broke on the backpack. I had it resowed and it has been fine ever since. I will buy another one when this one goes out. My zipper has never had any problems. I have a black and gray one, I hope they make more colors than the blue and orange again. March 14, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Almost Perfect This could have been one of the best bags out there. But there are two reasons why I returned it. One, the big utility boxes bass pro throws in are too big and they have to lay down flat, I like mine up-right like the picture and I need the big utility boxes not really an issue but to me it is. Second, the main reason I didn't keep it, is the zipper like all comments it gets stuck on the corners but what most dont see is when trying to get it to unzip, the zipper sometimes digs and rips into the bag so after awhile the part that holds the zipper teeth is going to tear so its not going to last, I want my bags to last at least 5 years. Hopefully bps will make new bags similar and fix February 6, 2013

They are rod carriers. You can use them to lash your rods to the bag when you go for a hike instead of carrying them. I've lashed down 4 rods at a time to mine for hikes around Quincy Res. in Aurora.

To hold longer items outside the bag that won't fit inside. Like a sand spike. Or I use mine to hold a collapsible rod used for fishing snappers.

I contemplated both and this met my needs more. I fish both rivers and lakes. Both from shore and on boats and this had the versatility I wanted and needed. Love the bag and don't plan to buy another one EVER!

I have used it almost exclusively in salt water. The zippers are thick and smooth, made entirely of plastic and easy to pull. Even if you get sand in them wash with water will help remove. Don't worry about hurting the bag, it is VERY durable

I'm confident it will. I use this and a small binder bag on my trips in the back of my buddy's boat. its good to have enough tackle cause u just lose sleep when you're missing out because you couldnt squeeze in those extra boxes.
