Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 25 reviewers.
Rated 2 out of 5 by Great looking, poor performing I was very excited about this bag as a one-bag-fits-all option. The rigging tray is great and the individual zip lock bags for soft baits are also a nice addition. My fishing buddies all talked about going and buying one when they saw it. All was fine and good until the zipper on the main compartment literally became un-stitched on my second day out with the bag. The bag is poorly constructed, and I find myself clipping loose strings on the bag all the time. I want to return the bag, but hate the hassle and extra cost/time involved with the process (I don't live near any BassPro's). It's too bad that such a nice bag and great design can go so bad from poor construction. May 1, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by new pro shop tackle bag i just recently ordered a new tackle bag from bass pro shop. my old bag had out lived its life. i immediately started to transfer my tackle from the oid bag. i was amazed at how i could arrange my tackle in this new bass pro shop tigging bag. boy was i surprised the way i could organize my equipment in the new bag. since then i have had the opportunity to fishing only once but i can tell you that this is aperfect fit for me. my friend that i fish with was also amazed how it was organized. i believe he will get one like mine when his gets old. Rated 5 out of 5 by This bag is HUGE. I have a lot of tackle (both inshore and offshore), and this bag has room for it all. I have only had the bag for a couple of weeks so I can't say anything about the durability, but so far so good. July 9, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by XPS Stalker Rigging Tackle Bag This bag is great! I couldn't believe the amount of space it has for all my gear. There is a place for everything in this bag. The binder bags with the rigging table on front are one of my favorite features. I absolutely love the bag and highly recommend it! June 27, 2012

I stand mine up. You could lay them flat, but there is excess room in the bag then and the boxes will roam around sling around in the bag and make a bunch of noise. I have 5 3700 boxes in the main compartment and a falcon 401 spinnerbait box in one of the side compartments. They all fit great and the bag is very well made.

A:
you have to buy them separately. they used to have an option that you could buy them with the boxes for a higher price, but not anymore. I think BPS has a sale on their line now for $5.50 or so. Good boxes for about 2 dollars less.

No it does not, but I have gotten mine pretty wet in the rain on the boat and it has not been affected by it. The bottom is waterproof too so if you set it in water it will not get soaked.
