  • High abrasion resistance
  • Superior tensile strength
  • Locked-in knot-holding power
  • Tough nearly frictionless surface for longer and smoother casts
Our highest grade of monofilament gives you just the right amount of sensitivity with easy handling and high abrasion resistance—this is the only mono you should rely on when tournament money is on the line. Engineered to provide superior tensile strength and locked-in knot-holding power, with a tough, nearly frictionless surface for longer and smoother casts. Color: Clear.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Too Stiff and High Memory Spooled this on BPS Qualifier PQ20 in 8# and 6# on my PQ10. Out of the box I noticed this line is extremely stiff and large diameter for 8# line. On the water performance was very poor. Multiple nests on cast both between guides and outside of the rod tip. It's line memory was too much and never improved after hours of fishing and being in the water, still looked like a old phone cord by the end of the day. I tried another spool of the 8# BPS Xps Mono and it was the same result. The 6# line I put on the lighter reel has been decent so far, knot strength is very good. The 8# however is not made for spinning gear IMO, would possibly work on a baitcast reel, but not many put 8# on a baitcaster. April 16, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by bad purchase Bought the signature series mono, 8 lb. test on line. Have loaded reels dozens of times. For some reason this spool was around to long or just the way it is made, Could not spool with out terrible kinks. Tried every which way to no avail. March 28, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Quality,Economical Buy This line is supple, yet strong. The price makes it a good buy for us that go thru a lot of line on our panfish outfits as we fish brushpiles, rocks etc. August 3, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by wow i have been using the 10LB test on my spinning and wow. for the price you cant get better, with little issues, come on there is no perfect line, in my thought the strength and handling is great. it works great for leaders when i pre tie hooks for bottom fishing with 20lb mono main line. to me the pros out way the cons, with the line, I hope the 12lb test work well as the 10 on the same reel i hope you alest give it a try June 15, 2012
