Bass Pro Shops always delivers what they advertise. I recieved my product very quickly and the shoes I ordered, (both pair), were exactly as they were supposed to be. I don't know how it could be any easier.

I anxiously awaited the arrival of these shoes that I planned to designate as 'fishing only'. What a disappointment. I only wore them a few hours one morning and could not believe how uncomfortable they were. I expected the usually 'cushion type comfort' a tennis type shoe provides, but these things felt like they were made out of cardboard.
Bass Pro Shops graciously approved a full refund and return label when I advised the rep of the situation. A truly class retailer.

The right shoe fits perfectly. On the left shoe...the tongue is sewed in crooked and the shoe does not fit properly. There is a rough spot that rubs the side of my foot. Trying to stretch it out to correct the defect. Will not return item because the cost of shipping is not worth it. My wife's shoe of the same model has the same defect.
