This kit comes with no instructions! It will only work with wire cable that is 200 Lbs. It will work with mono of many different tests, but why would you buy a mono crimp kit for Offshore?
The holding case is poorly designed and allows the crimps and other attachments to mix.
The crimp device works well.
I 1st used the system on 135 lb. coated cable and the shark pulled the wire out of the crimp.
So after a demo at the bass Pro Store in Destin FL I purchased 200 lb. cable and as fishing goes no more hits.
Google crimping even with the 200 lb. SS cable before you try for a big fish. Unless you want to use ONLY 200 lb. SS cable this not a good buy!
