World Wide Sportsman Copper River II Water Shoes for Men - Olive/Beige
Get what ya pay for
Got these on sale, thought I would give them a try. Didn't last one minute with them on my feet. I wear a 12, bought a 13 to be safe, way too narrow. The insides is the coarse net material. That is pretty rough on your feet, but the net is sewn to the shoe right above your toes so there is a wicked seam above the knuckes of your toes. I tried to stretch them out several ways, but the design is so bad I had to throw them in the trash. Too bad, they looked nice. Just can't keep them on my feet.

had to toughen' up feet
I read the reviews on these and was excited to get a pair for a week long camping, kayaking, fishing trip. After the first day (15 miles on kayak) I had blisters on both feet in 3 places. Put some new skin on the second day and it still got worse. After day 2 I had to put duct tape around my ankles in order to not be in agony. Was going to return them but the wife said to let my feet heal and try them again. Now I wear the fishing and Kayaking all the time with no problems.

This pair of Copper River II shoes were a replacement for a pair that I absolutely loved and had for about 4 years. The new pair are not made of the same materials as they are much lower quality and the size 11 1/2 that I ordered (based on the size of my previous pair ) did not fit properly. They were much smaller. I think it is fairly obvious that Bass Pro Shops changed vendors and the new Copper River II shoes are terrible. I am very dissappointed and returned the shoes.

The positives are, they work as advertised, and keep your feet covered in a stream, and give excellent traction. There are a few negatives: First, I feel like they could drain better, and dry more quickly, as mine were still soaked the next morning after being left outside to dry overnight. One last negative, I really think they need better padding as they created some hotspots on my feet after wearing them for a good part of the day.
