Angler-proven for unmatched quality, fishability, and durability, our World Wide Sportsman® Camo Line surpasses every other comparably-priced line in abrasion resistance, tensile strength, stretch resistance, and knot strength. Plus, its a one-of-a-kind blend of varying shades and hues produces a camo color that makes this line as good as gone when it hits the water, resulting in more bone-jarring strikes and fewer fleeing fish.

  • Unmatched quality, durability and fishability
  • Abrasion resistant, stretch resistant
  • Blended shades and hues for a camo color that is virtually invisibile under water

Camo Line I have been using this line in 17lb for the past year now and have been very well pleased with it. I loaded up two rods for fishings buddies and they too are pleased with the product. I have had no problems with it breaking or showing signs of abrasion. August 20, 2006
catfish I use this stuff on an abu Garcia ambassador with an ugly stik and catch many catfish with the 17 pound line it as even caught some big carp to. October 4, 2014
Diam - breaking strain I bought this about 3 years back when it was on a special at bps. I had read some good reviews. However the first few times I used it I lost fish with it snapping. I also notice it shredded easily when fishing around rock and structure, contrary to some early reviews. It also feels very thick compared to other brands of the same break strain. I swore i would only use it as backing line. Anyway I respooled a couple of reels last year and tried it again. Making sure to check it frequently for damage. And pulling off a couple of rod lengths each trip. Last league it landed me a 12,7lb. Bass. So I guess it can't be all bad. I quite like the camo (red/clear) colour. May 26, 2014
great line I have used this line for a year now. It has low memory. I have used it in thick cover and on deep brush it performs flawlessly I had one bedding fish about 8 lbs break it but that was after it broke the rod when I set the hook . One of the best lines I have ever used as long as Bass Pro has it it will be on all my rods. April 18, 2014

I use this line in 8 Lb. test for small reels and works very well it has amazing knot strength when you tie a proper knot, if you put too much of this line on a spinning reel it will unwind when you open the bail but that will happen with any mono line. I use 17 Lb. on my catfish rods with a larger spinning reel I was able to land a 50 Lb. flathead with this line this year I was very happy as well as surprised with the amount of abuse it was able to take just set a proper drag and you can wear them out without breaking the line.

Yes, this works the best on spinning reels. I have 8 pound and it's good, but I recommend the 12 pound.

I use this line mostly on spinning reels and it works great! Just be mindful as to how you spool it on. I try to keep the line coiling off the spool in the same direction as it goes on the reel. This keeps down the tangles or "bird-nests." You can also just spool it on then attach a swivel and a casting plug. Cast it and reel it in and that should keep the kinks and tangles out.

I've not seen it in 80 lb test. 50 lb test is 0.7 mm and 8 lb test is 0.28 mm
