Worden’s Super Rooster Tail Spinnerbaits feature a deadly “safety pin” style arm which increases the spinning blade’s flash and appeal. The action of the spinning blade in combination with the colorful, pulsating hackle tail makes the Super Rooster Tail Spinnerbaits irresistible to any gamefish. It’s a lure that consistently catches fish. Fishermen across North America and abroad are using Super Rooster Tails successfully for trout, bass, perch, crappie stripers, pike, steelhead, salmon and other gamefish.
Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 21 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Super Rooster Tail We all have a handful of lures that we would not start a fishing season without. The Wardleys Super Rooster Tail is one of my "must Have" lures. When the trout just won't hit or you wish that you had a fly rod in the car try a lighter weight SRT. 1/6 0r 1/8 oz. this is a sure fish attracter. They don't hold up very long so after a few good hits it may be time to tie on a fresh one. Match the color to what they feed on locally. I find that trout love the trout color. April 25, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love thost products I love all wooten products..When other hard baits don't work they do.. October 3, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 catches any thing that swims Best allaround fishing lure out there.Depending on the size it can catch just about eveything.Glad bass pro stiil include this classic in its catalog. September 23, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by super rooster tails these run truer then regular rooster tails( bend when fish or snag) but still these have some issues.better to direct tie then use a swivel. June 28, 2012

Larger versions will get hits from bass and pickerel but they will not last very long. Two or three fish might do them in so pack plenty

Great for bass just outstanding lures, as for bluegill i personally have never caught a blue gill on one so in my opinion no theyre just too big of lures. As for bass again, i cant stress enough, if nothin is workin throw one of these in the water and its a bass
