Used this spinner bait on 2 trips to Red River New Mexico. Tried several different colors, but had the best luck on this color.

I've had all my luck with the Pink Flo. in my area. For being as small as it is these cast pretty well. (when matched with the right gear). The blade has a nice spin to it and doesn't get hung up or stick, also really reflects through the water like it should. It also calls fish out when your other baits wont. I'll always have at least 1 in my tackle box.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Djpk Great for Trout Fishing
Have been using the 1/16 ounce roostertails for rainbow trout here in the Texas Hill Country for several years now and have had great success with them. These little lures also work great for white bass, crappie, perch and even catch largemouth bass on occasion. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by FishCentralOhio Bring back Gray Minnow!
These are great lures, my only problem is that around 5 or 6 years ago they stopped making the color that really caught fish around central Ohio. It was called Gray Minnow.
The Minnow color now is literally identical to White, and does not catch fish the way Gray Minnow does. I found this out when I ordered 6 rooster tails in this new color thinking it was the same thing. It's not.
The only good thing is that I can go buy a can of gray spray paint and re-color them, but honestly I have no idea why they would change the color on this. Now they have two identical lures and anyone who wanted the old color can't find it.
Overall these lures are fantastic when you get the color that works in your area, but they need to bring back Gray Minnow for us central Ohio guys.
