Woodhaven Custom Calls Red Wasp Diaphragm Turkey Call
Best Call Ever
I have used this call with excellant results in the Kentucky woods. My hunting partner and myself harvested 7 Toms with the smallest beard being 10.5". This call produces tones that will drive that boss bird crazy even in high pressured areas. It is easy to use straight out of the package. I have already purchased 2 more of these for backup calls.

Red Wasp is Real Winner
This call is the one you pull out when that nasty old hen between you and Mr. Longbeard starts to show her dominance. Fire the wasp up and hit her note for note Cutt for Cutt . . . . be tough with her and she will hit the ground and never utter another sound. Then be ready because hooks will be looking for that new sassy lady!
Really, this call works great in this situation. If you have the ability to match up with an old dominate hen, the wasp will get it done.

Tight but Right!
I had always been a Primos triple reed fan - until using this mouth call. Agree with the other reviewers - it's hard to blow, and the reeds are real tight at first. But once it's broken in, it's an excellent boss hen mouth call - very raspy, and you can blow the snot out of it and it'll last a long time. I'm still using the same Red Wasp call from 2 years ago, in fact.
Last year, I called in a tom 2 days before season went out - completely henned up... After gobbling like crazy for 1+ hr, the hens gave in and walked right by me - with the tom in drag. *BLAM* Nothin' but spurs!

i found this to be a little harder to use than some of my other calls, but once you get that position right, you just belt them out. the red wasp is a great sounding call that is sure to please any turkey hunter.
i suggest practicing with this one, coz when you get it right the sound is amazing. no tom will resist this call.
