We use the Mild and medium sauces and and love the flavor with just enough heat.

This sauce is excellent with chicken wings serviced with a blue cheese dressing, I tried it in Houston but forgot just how hot it really was, not for the fain hearted!! Really tasty and excellent party nibble.
