The polycarbonate tip prevents deformation in the magazine, boosts aerodynamic efficiency, improves down-range ballistics, and initiates expansion. Rated 5 out of 5 by Killer Bullets Best Bullet ever, I shot a buck from about 250 yards. Hit it in the spine n dropped like a stone. The exit wound was the size of a baseball n the spine was cut in half. October 11, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good Bullet I was hunting with my uncles .308 and he had some of these bullets for it. I shot a spike and he hit the ground dead. Left a nice size exit hole. Very good ammo. November 2, 2010
Rated 5 out of 5 by PutEm DowN These bullets do penetrate. I have shot 6 deer using this bullet. And all of them combined ran 0 yds. Ya 0 yds. They all droped. And the exit wound variates from 2 inches to a 6 inch blowhole. Overall if you dont want the animal to feel anything use thes bullets. Thanks for such a great product. August 14, 2009
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best bang for your Buck Now that our "GREAT state of Ca. is lead free, i had to change ammo. thankfully i found these! after trying many others i found these E-Tips to be my 300 Win. Mags new best friend. Even out to 250 yards they didnt have as bad of a drop or wind vaiation as the several other brands i tried. also they make great exit holes! June 20, 2009
