Rated 1 out of 5 by Not for Savage 93R17 I just bought a Savage model 93R17, and shot 30+ rounds from 2 different cases of the Winchester SuperX 20 grain rimfire .17 HMR. I would say about only 40% fired. The rest were duds, or did not fire with this rifle. I tried the CCI, TNT hollow point ammo, and fired 10 out of 10. February 19, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by can't beat this I'm new to the .17 hmr and did'nt know what to expect. I got some 17 gr. to start with and was happy with them, but I'm kind of like ole elmer and like a heavier bullet. The 20 gr. are accurate to 3/4 inch groups at 100 yards. pretty good i would say. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Buy These rounds are a great buy, they are a great value and have incredible accuracy. They are one of many different shells I've tried in my Marlin XT-17, all shoot decent but these are putting them in the same hole at 50 yards and into circle smaller than a dime at 100 yards. I didn't know that accuracy existed in rimfire rifles. And they have plenty of explosive power when they hit the target, it was taking the heads off of the squirrels this past squirrel season. I would very highly recommend this product. January 26, 2013
