The Winchester® Parfive Drop Point Folding Clip Knife is a lightweight, durable, easy-to-grip folding knife. The 2-3/4'' stainless steel drop point blade features a serrated section at the rear of the blade and dual thumb disks for easy one-handed opening. The blade also features the Winchester logo etched onto it and a non-reflective titanium-nitride coating to diminish glare. The lightweight, drilled, gray metal handle with black onlays features textured notches to provide a superior grip, and liner locks. Handy metal clip mounted to the pivot end of the knife allows you to clip the knife to a belt or pocket for easy access. Knife measures 6-1/2'' when open and 3-3/4'' closed.

this knife is good because it is so easy to open. the disadvantages are:
-frame lock is too close to frame, hard to push down
-finish comes off
-NO warranty
-cant flick open

I never knew Wincheter made fantastic knives. Smooth opening, frame lock already worked in, great for everyday use, overall excellent buy. The low price is a bonus.
