Nothing special. Priced high. In a box of 25, had 2 no fires, and one shell with end cut off. Had to have happened at factory cause the shot wasn't in bottom of box. Haven't even made it through whole box yet either. So approximately a 20% fail rate. Emailed Winchester with pictures, 5 months later, no response. Called yesterday, got passed around, and eventually given another number to call. Number isn't for anything to do with Winchester at all.
Poor quality, poor company. Am personally done using Winchester at all.

Two seasons now I have have used 12 ga 3 1/2" #2 Blind sides on big water and fields. Between smoking divers at 70 mph @ 40 yds and dumping snows and Canadians these shells flat out shoot better. I am in an area that doesn't really stock much in the way of water fowling gear so when I can i stock up. Compared to the Xpert stuff they sell at the local stores this stuff is pure cubed gold. Take the time and spend the extra money to pattern them. Mine shot well out of my improved choke, but i had similar results from Xpert. Paired it up with the Blind Side XL Full choke and added 10-15 yards of easy effective dead drop range. Bottom line is if you want to flock shoot birds at 75 yards go buy a fishing pole, if you want to stone cold kill everyone you call in and get to finish get the good stuff.

I would've never thought a cube shaped shot would've held as good a pattern as compared to other round shot... but I have been proved wrong. This is by far the best shell I've used to duck hunt with.
Like other people have mentioned, any shots up to 40 yards equals a dead duck with one shot... though I have taken several at 40+ yards as well. I can't say that i've had as good of results from using other equally priced shells such as Black Cloud, Kent and Remington.

Does anyone know if these are safe for shotguns that you can shoot steel through?Answers
A:
I have heard no reports of exploding barrels from BlindSide. I shoot #2 and BB through my Remington 870 and I use a Full choke with no problem at all. Hope this helped.A:
yes they are. they do kick harder than steel because the pellets are denser and the velocity is high. I shoot them out of my old 870 all dayA:
Yes. They are safe for shotguns that can be used with steel. It is not recommended to use BBB or BB in your gun with a full choke though. #2's or smaller shot should be fine with a full.A:
I shoot a Benelli Black Eagle 12 Ga. and recently shot 1 box of this ammo in # 2.I inspected my gun and did not find any damage to my gun.I would be hesitant to use any steel ammo in any gun not specified to shot steel.Hope this helps.A:
Yes, they are steel. Works fine with a normal steel choke. I have not yet seen a specialty choke for this product.1 of 1
