This is my second season shooting the Blind Side and I love it. This is a devastating load that gives great results day in and day out. Like other people have said previously, 15-40 yards you cant go wrong. However, I have also been knocking down geese at 40-50 yards so it just goes to show that you NEED to pattern your shotgun and choke tube combo with each type of shotshell you use. What worked for your old double barrel shooting sears high brass wont cut it with modern ammo. Put the range time in and figure it out and I gaurentee you'll see what this ammo can really do!

I have used the 3in BB Blindside along with Heavi-Shot and Black Cloud and this season and the Blindside proved to be not only my top performer but also my father’s (who hunted most of the time with me this season) top performer. I didn’t find that the flat shot caused any shift in patterns even in heavy wind. The shot seemed to be very devastating on target. I will continue to use this product

more dead ducks and geese
I first found out about blind side through a ducks unlimited magazine three weeks in to season now im a 18 year old high school kid who his parents dont pay for my amo ect. When i bought a box i went hunting the next day i have an x full choke in my gun and was shooting 12 ga 3 in two shot at fifteen yards i split a teal in half leaving nothing to take home, i believe there is no better shot for ducks or geese i have also used bb from blinside i personally like two shot better for ducks and geese. With this shot i have out hunted my step dad who uses a Remington load with his 10 ga also my other friend who uses a browning 12 ga 3.5 inch federal shell i have brought down double the geese this year compared to them, as far as range is concerned my first goose i ever shot at fifty yards i put a fifty cent piece size hole right in front of the leg, the goose was dead when it hit the ground, blind side is your one stop shop for any waterfowl or pheasant hunting you do,one more thing i have never had this amo jam in my gun or any one i have hunted with.

good for the money
To all these guys looking for 50-60 yard shots with this ammo on ducks keep looking. the 31/2 " #2s wont do it. I crippled a gadwall at 50 yards with this ammo and i wont do it again. I use a kick's x-full choke out of my 870 and from 20-40 yards the ducks are dead all day. but the #2s don't have the energy to knock down ducks past 50 yards. If you wanna shoot far go for Hevi Shot but your gonna be paying twice the money. In conclusion wait for the ducks to be closer to shoot at them. This ammo out performs all other STEEL period.

I shoot a Benelli Black Eagle 12 Ga. and recently shot 1 box of this ammo in # 2.I inspected my gun and did not find any damage to my gun.I would be hesitant to use any steel ammo in any gun not specified to shot steel.Hope this helps.
