Excellent shells Benelli Super Vinci Carlson Waterfowl long range chock tube Blindside BB. Drops geese no problem. Great shells I used blackcloud for a long time and got these because I couldn't get the blackcloud. I'm glad I did never go back Blindside from now on. October 28, 2014
Knock'em Down These shells are awesome on ducks. Too many times you shoot a duck with cheap steel and the duck drops a little, and then flys off. Not with these. It's like hitting them with a hammer. The only downfall to these shells is the fact that there is little to no penetration on geese. I blasted a goose and there was a giant puff of feathers. It went down, but when I cleaned it there were only 2 pellets that actually went through the feathers, and that was at about 20 yards. I'm not a great shot, so these are well worth the money as I go through about half of what I do with the cheap stuff. October 29, 2013
Poor Quality Nothing special. Priced high. In a box of 25, had 2 no fires, and one shell with end cut off. Had to have happened at factory cause the shot wasn't in bottom of box. Haven't even made it through whole box yet either. So approximately a 20% fail rate. Emailed Winchester with pictures, 5 months later, no response. Called yesterday, got passed around, and eventually given another number to call. Number isn't for anything to do with Winchester at all. Poor quality, poor company. Am personally done using Winchester at all. February 19, 2013
Nice shells Good shells but high price. No problems shooting the shells. January 5, 2013

I have heard no reports of exploding barrels from BlindSide. I shoot #2 and BB through my Remington 870 and I use a Full choke with no problem at all. Hope this helped.

A:
yes they are. they do kick harder than steel because the pellets are denser and the velocity is high. I shoot them out of my old 870 all day

A:
Yes. They are safe for shotguns that can be used with steel. It is not recommended to use BBB or BB in your gun with a full choke though. #2's or smaller shot should be fine with a full.

I shoot a Benelli Black Eagle 12 Ga. and recently shot 1 box of this ammo in # 2.I inspected my gun and did not find any damage to my gun.I would be hesitant to use any steel ammo in any gun not specified to shot steel.Hope this helps.

Yes, they are steel. Works fine with a normal steel choke. I have not yet seen a specialty choke for this product.
