Winchester® AA® Low Recoil/Low Noise Target Loads Shotshells
I use Winchester AA Low Recoil/Low Noise Target Loads for Cowboy Action Shooting. They were recommended to me by a fellow competitor and I've found them to be very good for this sport also.

Winchester® AA® Low Recoil/Low Noise Target Loads
Everything they say about these shells having reduce recoil and lower noise is true! I was a skeptic but trusting Bass Pro as well as the Winchester name I ordered some. I needed shells that I felt safe shooting through a 102 year old shotgun with a Damascus steel barrel. (Though I will NOT recommend that anyone with a Damascus barrel even shoot their firearm, I personally have had great experiences with mine using these "reduced noise, reduced recoil" Winchester shells) With these shells, I recently patterned this old shotgun and while the pattern is truly fantastic, the reduced recoil is very apparent and much appreciated! Winchester did good and Bass Pro is to be commended for carrying these shells, (as well as so many other "odd" shells, cartridges, shot and loads)!

Was flying across country to shoot in the South Carolina State Cowboy Action match. Didn't want to bring my shotgun ammo with me (too heavy for checked baggage) so I got some of these and had them delivered to the Concord Mills store. My son in law picked them up for me.
I was impressed how well they worked in my 97. Cost more than my reloads but I think I will use these at bigger matches.

Great for high volume target shooting!
I went through 50 rounds of this stuff today and I must say the reduced recoil is a pleasant surprise. Also note that this was after firing 100 rounds through a 20 ga (both Mossberg 500's).
For anyone looking to do high volume target practice or get a new shooter aquainted with a firearm, this stuff is great. All rounds ejected flawlessly as well.
