Rated 5 out of 5 by Great rangefinder for the money This rangefinder worked perfectly fine for me.The carrying case is not great but overall a great product. July 18, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by R400 Halo Range Finder The range finder performs as advertised. The scan mode is a great feature to find on a low price range finder. Excellant value. The carrying case is less than great. I would not trust it to not lose the range finder. March 30, 2011
Rated 2 out of 5 by Get a better one! This rangefinder might work okay for an archery hunter in an open area. Any brush makes getting a reading difficult. Supposed to range 200 on an animal 400 on a reflective target. I hunt in AZ spot and stalk in more open terrain. The farthest reading I could get was 187 yds. on a hillside and had problems ranging deer over 50 yds. It is very frustrating to have an animal fairly close and it will NOT range it. March 18, 2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by do not purchase I received this range finder as a gift, and had to return it within a week. I could not read the range settings when the item decided to work. The range finder worked less than 20 percent of the time. I contaced BA products and the customer reps did not know anything about the product and ended up sending me a new one. Well the new one didn't work any better than the first one. It is a cheap product with cheap batteries. Save your money and go with a Nikon or better. January 31, 2011

With most range finders you could. But I doubt you could find a halo that would work properly. These are the worst that I have ever seen.
