Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing! 18 months ago I took up bowhunting. I soon figured out that I needed a rangefinder . I really didn’t want to spend a lot of money and I found the Halo R400. After using it for a few weeks I found several sites online with reviews of the Halo. Not all of them were good. I personally never had any problems with it. In November I was out turkey hunting and my rangefinder fell out of my pocket. After looking everywhere in my house for it, I remembered the last place I used it. In January I went back to the spot and found it on the ground. The eyepiece was torn and there were teeth marks on it from some critter that tried to carry it away. During that two months it had rained and snowed and there were many days of heavy frost and dew. When I got home I removed the battery and found that it was burst and badly corroded inside the battery compartment. I cleaned it out with a q-tip and alcohol, put in a fresh battery and tested it. It did not work. Not ready to throw it away, I left it on my dresser for a few weeks. The next time I tried it, it worked perfectly! To all of those naysayers out there, I say they are wrong. Not only is this a great product for the price, it is also EXTREMELY durable, far beyond expectations. Thanks for making an excellent rangefinder for the working man. February 15, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by No good I bought this being my first range finder, I own a WGI trail camera thats has worked like a charm, Not the case for this product, blurry view, harldy see the cross hair or numbers, cheaply made, Will not range even in the sligtest fog, rubber eye piece has a tear in it some how. I would not buy a range finder from this company. November 29, 2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not worth it Purchased this product because I wAs budgeting, I got what I paid for, never worked out of the box, replaced batteries, etc. Will never buy or use a product from this company again. November 20, 2011

With most range finders you could. But I doubt you could find a halo that would work properly. These are the worst that I have ever seen.
