Rated 1 out of 5 by Bad Rangefidner, worese customer service After purchasing this the first time I used it the range finder turned the battery light started to blink and the range finder turned off. I went out and purchase another battery and the same thing happend. I tired to return to Wildgame Innovations and it took me 3 week to get a return number for the range finder. Turn around time for a replacement was a month. When the brand new replacement one arrived I opened it and tried to turn it on, and guess what....... Nothing, darn thing wouldn't even power on. Tried two other batteries and still nothing. Seems this is an issue with these rangefinders. Wildgame innovation has horrible customer service, they dont return calls, and nobody answers phone. Email is about the same. Takes days to get a response. Wont buy from them again. December 17, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by laser range finder Very cheap and small carry case, Also not water proof, dont want to take out doors to hunt or camp in rain or snow, opened unit new from case, had dead battery, cost of new battery was $10. date of purchase sep 2012,date of unit may 2010. for a unit marked down from $269 to $200 should be water proof, armor coated, better carry case, good battery, and a 2012 model. would pay $269 and up. Rated 1 out of 5 by You get what you pay for! I was leery about buying this after reading the reviews, but knew I could count on BPS to make it right, if the product was not good. When I recieved the unit the battery was nearly dead and the unit would not turn on and start up properly. I put a new battery in it and the same thing, it would not start and half the display items were sketchy at best. The next day I drove to BPS and traded it for the Bushnell ARC 1000. The unit I should have bought the first time. October 23, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Deal!!! Very pleasantly surprised by the quality and simple operation of this rangefinder, hands down the best buy for the money, no questions asked. Incline function is accurate to a fault, as accurate as units costing over twice as much that i have previously owned. No issues with battery life, and so far seems to be very durable. Don't bother buying this, I had to return mine and get the Bushnell. The Wildgame unit is not a quality unit, and will break.
