I bought this for bowhunting, and took it with me yesterday for the first time. As luck would have it, right at dusk a doe came to 5 yards and I shot her. Good kill, and I wish I had been able to video it! The battery on this camera died about 1.5 hours after I started keeping it in "stand by" mode, which means just hitting the power button from time to time to avoid the 2 second start up time that it takes if you leave it alone for a while. I had take no video or anything on the new batteries that went in before the hunt. I guess it might be ok if your willing to either take the chance on getting it started from power off, which takes 2 seconds (and we all know that is rarely possible in the woods), or you don't mind moving around in the tree every hour to changee the batteries. Absolutely unusable, the only reason I am giving it 2 stars is the fact that it actually does take good video (tried in back yard). But, I can only imagine how fast it would eat batteries were you to try to record an entire encouter with a deer.

This is a great action cam to capture that amazing shot. I love watching my take down my 7 point buck I got last year. Great motivation and conversation starter.

This is a simple action camera that will capture everything. This caught more small animals on my walk with it than I saw the first time looking.

This is very light weight and records smooth videos. It is one of the earlier products that this company made but for its time it is good. I have never had a problem with it before it feel out of my boat and lost it.
