This unit is a very poor product. The idea of a directional feeder is great and that's why I purchased it,but it always jams! I went through two of these and they did the same thing. Once set up,I ran a 10 second test 10 times and not a single time would it run for the entire time without jamming! Corn always jams at the rubber paddle wheel.Based on my experience,I would not spend a penny on this feeder. Buy a Moultrie!

The feeder that I purchased has not worked properly from the first time I set it up and turned it on. There is a rubber wheel that is suppose to turn and let the corn fall down to the metal spinner for distribution, but the rubber wheel does not start at the same time as the metal spinner, and then it only turns two to three seconds and then stops again. Very little if any corn reaches the metal spinner during the spinn cycle. I called the customer service number for Wildgame Innovations and stayed on hold for twenty-five minutes with our reaching a live person. I finally gave up and left a detailed message explaining the problems I was having with the feeder. It was stated on the recording that I would receive a call back with in twenty- four hours. That was six days ago and no call back. I went on the web site for Wildgame Innovations but could not find a place under customer service to ask a questions about the problem I was having with the feeder. I also went on the web site for Remington Wildlife Feeders since this was the maker of the control unit. I filled out the detailed information box about my problem and was suppose to receive a reply with in twenty-four hours. This was also six days ago and I have not received a reply. I would like to send the feeder back to Wildgame Innovations but I must have a return authorization which is going to be hard to get if they will not answer my telephone calls or e-mails. If there is any way you can help me with this problem I would appreciate it very much.

This is a super easy setup. Everything went where it should and it fit snug. It dependence more corn than I would have thought and in a wide area. I caught a deer with the feeding cam and it was rubbing its body on the legs. Didn't tip over. Amazing.
