I loved the product. Very easy to use, smoked well in smoker, color turned out great. Works just like it said it would. Love it.

I have used both the 1 lb and 3 lb casings to make venison summer sausage and trail bologna. In all cases the end product was excellent.
One thing to note: it really helps to have the right size stuffing tube for the size of casing that you are using.
