My doctor said I needed to wear diabetic socks, I went to a special store selling "diabetic socks" and they were times over the cost of what I found at Bass Pro Shop. They feel great.

While the Wigwam are comfortable around the lower calf and they are attractive, they fit sloppily around the heel---they are never in place. In addition they have a sloppier fit that other diabetic socks I have tried.
