I tried to purchase a generic case for my crossbow and they were to tight. This case is made for the crossbow but is not so tight that it is hard to get in and has plenty of room for extra items. I realized prior to purchasing this case it is designed only to offer minimal protection and should not be intended to replace a hard case.
