I bought two of these blocks and set them out where I always see deer in my camera and where I had placed trophy rocks in the past. The deer would not touch this stuff. I put this out in January and by the following January it was still in tact minus the normal wear from the weather. I put a trophy rock five feet from it the next year and in my camera saw deer going to town on the trophy rock and still avoiding the block. Eventually I just took an axe and crushed it into powder form and left it there. I will not use this product again.

i purchased this product and layed it out late september one week later i have photos of 39 deer hitting it and its all gone i have had to purchase 4 more blocks to put out and 1 of which is almost gone

I PUT IT OUT IN JANUARY WITH A GAME CAMERA 1 WEEK LATER I HAD 35 PICS OF COONS 2 WEEKS LATER IT WAS GONE NOW IT'S A 3X2 HOLE

Deer love this. I broke off one of the sections and then broke that up and scattered that in a small area on the ground in the woods. Now where that was there is a hole big enough to hold a gallon of water. Works just as good, if not better than a salt block.

This product lasted all year because the deer did not touch it. I put trophy rock out and it lasted four months before I had to replace it, the deer tore it up. This will all depend on your deer population.

I would estimate that a 4-Play block should last 2 months. There are some variables, deer population and other food sources. This could shorten or lengthen the time the block lasts.1 of 1
