The day I got this net from my online purchase the net was already starting to pull off. It seems the stitching leaves a lot to be desired.

I am actually really disappointed in this net. I would have to say spend the extra $20 and buy something better. I have only had this thing in the water 2 times, and already the net is coming untied from the stitching around the wooden hoop. Have had to tie it both times I come in from the water. It works good at netting fish with the big opening, but the net is falling off.

I wasn't too happen with this purchase as most of the brook trout I've been pulling in with this seem to slime or squirm their way through the openings of the net. The net is super light weight and attaches nicely to my waders, but for it's actual use of keeping fish in, didn't appease me.

Yes, the net connector is a little clip. I used it to clip directly to my waders.
