Will this work on bream, speck, and mostly sun fish, pan fish? Or or this a trout only stomach pump and what other fish spiecies does this work on?

The following is from the manufacturer.

Yes the stomach pump can be used for the fish species you mentioned above. The only limitations as to fish species are those with small mouths, narrow throats, or fish that are very small in size.

With smaller fish such as bream I'd suggest the user use less water in the bulb of the stomach pump and squeeze the bulb gently to release the water into the fishes stomach. It takes a "more delicate hand" to use the pump on panfish species than trout and bass but it can be done.
