Rated 4 out of 5 by No rocket science I purchased the size that would fit inside my vest. It is a plastic box with intelligently cut slits for the fly / spinner bait hooks. They stay put, which is all I really expected from a plastic fly box. If you want to store more than just a few micro spinner baits in the box, I'd get the version with the additional insert. Rated 5 out of 5 by Great fly box I purchased this box several years ago and it has been the best investment for my flies on the water. It is easy to get to and your flies out of the box and on your tippet with out struggling to just remove the fly from the foam of traditional fly boxes. The other great thing is that if you know your water you can load the box with the flies you might think you need like the traditional flies, prince, phesant tails, scuds, on one side and put your croickets, hoppers, caddis flies on the other. I any case I am off to get one for my Grandson as this will be his first year fly fishing and I wasnt it to be as easy as possible to keep his fly on or in the water. Tight lines to all.
