Rated 5 out of 5Â by tutuilat Glad I bought this product
Just returned from a 5-day fishing trip to the Eastern Sierra's of CA. I must say that this is the best wader I have owned and I have owned several in the 3 and 5 mm neoprene from your competitor. These waders lived up to all the positive reviews, which I read before ordering it.
One thing that is a bit different with these waders that others should know is when taking them off. A few times I was having a hard time removing the booties. Finally, I found that it was so much easier to unbuckle the shoulder straps, pull the waders down below the knees, and then pull on the bootie toes (one foot at a time) first with one hand then pull the heel until your foot is out of the bootie.
Great wader. Waiting to try it in the fall. I will wear additional layers to keep me warmer but that's ok. The adjustment pull straps on the sides just above the waistline are great too. More clothing, loosen the straps, less clothing, tighten the straps. The front chest zippered pockets are unique with smaller additional vented pockets on the front for small stuff. I like these waders and will not go back to the neoprene ones. Don't forget to wear a wading belt cinched up snug at waistline.
The price was right too, on sale for $100 from its normal price of $150. Thanks you White River for this excellent product and Basspro. I hope these last me a while.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Troutbassfreak Awesome waders at a fantastic price
I purchased these waders for a trip to southern Wyoming and also to use in south Texas. I needed a versatile wader that had lots of pockets, adjustable straps, and durable construction. But I didn't want to take out a second mortgage to pay for them. These waders looked and felt great in the store, but they performed beautifully in the water. Great fit, lots of storage pockets, and rugged construction held up to sage brush, rocks, and other potential problems. A buddy of mine a pair of famous-name waders that cost abuot 2-3 times what mine did. His were less than a year old, and they were leaking from numerous places along the seams. Cost him a cell phont and peace of mind. Mine on the other hand, held up perfectly, so much so that my friend is going to go out and buy a pair to replace his other leaky waders. Awesome deal on a great set of waders. Highly recommended!

Rated 3 out of 5Â by Redhat Nice waders, slow leak
Nice looking waders really keep you cool, but this may be due to the slow leak right in the crotch area the first time I used them.

Can these waders be used in conjunction with the white river float tub?If so, do they connect to the float tube??
thanks

I use them in my float tube all of the time. Any chest high waders will work. Just keep in mind that a little extra room in the waders doesnt hurt because you are in a sitting position as long as you are in the tube, you can stretch tight waders to the point of discomfort. If you intend on making many trips in waders you may want to consider a little more expensive set, these work well but you will be looking for another set in a year or two because the quality is just not that high, as indicated by the price. They are great for occassional anglers, but save yourself another purchase later if you are an avid fisherman because you will inevitably be looking for a replacement due to leakage.Details:Â
I am 6' and weigh in at 190 shoe size is a 12 to 13 dependant on mfg. My current waders are a XL and fit a bit loose with the exception of the boot. It seems that the stocking foot has srunk some and they are now uncomfortable. What wader do I go to to avoid this tight foot problem?Answers
A:Â
Compared to the 3 or 5mm neoprene ones, a whole lot less. The only part that needs drying are the booties which don't take long. So traveling with these, I would guess it weighs a couple of pounds is all. The neoprenes to me weight triple to quadruple than these White River's.Answers

Yes, but don't do it. Read my review on the boots. Great waders, bad boots.Top 100 Contributor

I am 5foot 10 inches, wear a size 10 shoe and weigh 270 lbs. Do you have any waders that will fit?Answers
A:Â
I'm 6'0" -225lb with a 10 1/2 foot and wear the XL. I fit in the L but the legs were a bit tight when i squated. The bootie was a bit long on a bare foot but with socks and a size 12 wading boot it all works great.A:Â
I believe the White River dry waders in size: large will work because of your weight. I am 5'10" and weigh 205 lbs with a size 12 wide foot shoe size. The medium size fit me good (body wise) however, the booties were slightly tighter (when wearing thicker socks) on my feet but I'm breaking them in.Top 100 Contributor
