The Lost Lake Open Front Float Tube is constructed from durable 420 denier nylon with rugged PVC bladders and features ample tackle storage pouches with dual zippers, removable fly patch, comfortable quick-release seating, hi-visibility back safety panel, mesh striping apron with ruler, hook 'n loop rod holder, carrying handles, multiple D-rings for tools and accessories and a reliable and easy access Boston valve for quick inflation and deflation. Plus, all critical seams have been triple stitched, so you don't have to worry about anything except hooking your next fish!

The Double Action Hand Pump will allow you to inflate your Lost Lake Float Tube with in less time and with less effort. Made from rugged, non-corrosive plastic with foot plate for easy pumping, this small air pump provides a high-volume of air flow on both up and down strokes.

The lightweight Lost Lake Kickers fins are fully adjustable and are designed to be worn over your wading boots and attach with nylon cords. Lost Lake Kickers measure 9'' x 20'' and provide maximum propulsion and control. One size fits most. Imported.

A:

No you won't be up above. The seat is is sewn on at the bottom of the tubes so your bottom will be sitting on the surface/in the water. Waders are a needed item for this float tube. I believe Caddis designs theirs with the seat higher on the tube.

No won't. The seat is sewn on at the bottom of the tubes on the side, so your bottom will sit in the water at all times. Great on a hot day, but not so when it's cold. Caddis makes theirs where you sit out of the water.

I wouldn't recommend this tube for you, my husband is 6'4 and 215lbs and its to small for him, he said he felt like he constantly leaning forward and was very uncomfortable.

Float tubes/youth?

Details:

I am thinking of purchasing a couple of float tubes. 1 for myself & 1 for my grandson. My grandson is 7 Yrs. old.

- Would any of the float tubes you carry be okay for a 7 Yr. old?

- How about the kicker fins? Would they fit okay for someone at 7?

They come in a complete kid but the kicker fins are one size fits all. I don't think they'll fit a seven year old. Besides that they are a great product. you'll have alot of fun with it. you can get your son a different pair of kickers.

I have been out several time with and without waders. I go without in the warmer months with regular swim fins. I don't tire as fast and am much more comfortable. I think they recomend waders to cover their liability if you get hurt.
I don't know about the fin size.

you do not need full waders in wram water, i would prefer wading sandals though, because you never know whats on the bottom. And if you go to your local bass pro you should be able to have them fitted

Yes, Bass Pro Shops sell them. I hooked my tube and needed to replace it. The replacement kit comes with the back rest and head rest bladder as well.

I’m not certain but I do recall that the box does provide that information. I would call your nearest store and ask. That said I’m 6’1” and 230 pounds plus I usually carry between 15 and 25 pounds of gear and stay plenty high in the water.
