I bought this vice last night and as I set up the vice, put in my first hook and as was adjusting the tension (and not using much force at all), the handle broke clean off. With a lifetime warranty that came along with the product, they want me to pay shipping and send them a $4 check to cover their shipping costs. Since I haven't yet gotten to use the vice, this didn't leave a very good impression with me for its value, durability or craftsmanship.
