This creel for money, is extremely well made. I'm tough on equipment and the creel has performed flawlessly in stream this season. Only change I would like to see to creel is velcro on pocket opening instead of single clip. Would recommend this creel for any fisherman.

I had been dragging a plastic shopping bag to the trout streams - not convienient! This creel makes fishing much more fun. A couple outside pockets would make it better.

This creel did a great job of keeping our trout cool. In fact, when I pulled the trout out of the creel to take this picture, they actually felt cold! Glad I purchased this item and highly recommend it!

This creel is just fair. It is okay for holding your catch, but you must carry all tackle in another box, pouch or other means as there is no pockets in this one.

The creel has a snap and velcro. You do not have to snap and unsnap it every time as it has velcro. If you are fishing for feisty fish, like some of the trout I used it for, it was nice to have the additional quick release buckle.Images for this Answer

Plastic lioning, yes. Weight not sure, but still very light weight.
