A: 
First you'll need to have the line rewound on your spool, in the opposite direction so it will retrieve properly form the left. Then just mount the reel on your rod so it can be turned with your left hand.

Remove spool by actuating spool release lever. Turn over spool and remove bearing retainer clip(wire piece). Remove bearing, and flip over. Replace bearing retainer clip. Put spool back on reel.

It comes set to crank with the left hand, but can be changed to right hand cranking.
