I noticed when setting up the saw that it appeared the motor wasn't mounted perfectly square to the frame. I emailed Weston pics of the problem and a copy of my receipt. Customer service emailed me back the next morning apologizing for my inconvenience and telling me a new saw was being shipped and to keep the defective saw. You just don't see that kind of customer service anymore. Will post a review of the actual saw as soon as I get the new one. 5 star customer service!

I bought this to cut my sons and his buddies arrows. Works great! They use both aluminum and carbon arrows. Cuts both great. I prefer to turn the arrow during the cut. I have had no problems with the saw. The vacuum version is not necessary unless you cut hundreds of saws. This one is good for what I use it for.

Just cut a dozen Beman ICS Hunter arrows and was very impressed. Setup was a snap other than the ruler which can be tough without a steady hand. Only complaint is the piece that holds the nock end of the arrow. When tightening it wanted to move. I put a small piece of shim stock between the screw and the frame and problem solved.

When I first received the saw the motor didn't work so I called Weston and they send me a new motor within a few days but other than that the saw now works and works great.............
Quality is not the best but for the money it will do....
