Used these gloves for a year now. They are my favorite 'work outside' gloves. I don't use them alot but when i do i use them hard (cutting firewood, moving cinder block, yard work, shoveling gravel, building decks, etc) and they are awesome. In the past my hand would get beat up because i hate wearing gloves and therefore didn't. But i love these gloves and they are saving my hands. They are very comfortable, fit snug (in a good way), and are very easy to do work with. After one year of abuse they are finally starting to show signs of wear but still in great shape. I had little success using them with my smart phone BUT this feature actually makes them GREAT for HUNTING because these do NOT have the 'extra abrasion layer' on the tip of the for fingers which gives you more SENSITIVITY on the gun trigger / bow release! i have also used these in pouring down rain and although they won't keep your hands dry in such a situation, they still perform great and don't get hard when they dry like leather gloves. I also think these would be good for dinghy sailing because of that reason. i highly recommend and i will always have a pair (or two) of these on hand ;-)
