I just started smoking meats and wanted a quality thermometer. I have used it twice and it has been very easy to read and provides an instant reading of meat temperatures. This is my first Weber and am very pleased with it.

This Weber thermometer is:
Complicated to use and overpriced. Weber did not even have the courtesy to print USDA recommended
temperatures on the case.
There are others on the market much cheaper and easier to use.

I ordered two of these, one christmas gift, one for me. If you cook outside (gril or smoker) as we do this is a must have. You must read instructions before using. Best of all, shipped fast and packed well. GOOD JOB BASS PRO
