Rated 5 out of 5Â by richyrich Great Buy!!!
Purchased this grill on a Friday and spent all weekend grilling everything in sight. From hot dogs, to steaks, to burgers, and chicken. This grill performed just as well as my larger much more expensive grill on the backyard patio!!!! Bought this item to take camping as it fits nicely on the side table of my camp kitchen. Four meals cooked on this grill so far in two days and so far so good!!! As long as it performs as nicely for the next couple years as it did this weekend I won't be disappointed!!!! Awesome addition to our camping gear!!! Have used all three options for fuel as well, standard camp propane tank, the slightly larger tank, and hookup hose to a 20lb standard tank and cooks just as well with all three!!!!

The Baby Q is very portable, easy to use, big enough for meals for two to four, and is easy to clean.

Well how can i start.
I live in australia and the price of these are around the $320AUD here and when i bought mine from bass pro for half the price. The one,s ya get in Australia are only avail in gas bottle set up form not both like the one i bought.
Well i used it today with a propane canister connected to it and i threw some snag onto it and i can tell ya this it cooked the snags in the half the time it would take to cookem in frying pan.
Its the best investment ive made today.
Recommend to everyone.

I can't say enough good things about this grill. Took it camping with me the wind was really bad (sandhills) this grill never blew out once avg wind was 30mph. Cooking on this was a pleasure the cooking grate is really nice food does not fall thru it's easy to clean. Even after you shut it off it will keep your food warm. I would recommend this to any one!!!

I would not use mine for a prolonged smoke. It is not intended for that. It has a single grill burner so it heats up everywhere.A:Â
Propane Grills are not normally designed to be used as smokers. However, you might try just making sure you have enough room for your tray with wood chips and the meat and it is not direct heat/flames on your meats. ThanksDetails:Â
I want to know how soon the grill can return to car storage after usage.Answers

After use, I often bring mine in the apartment right after wards with out issue. For a car in a trunk, with the bottle removed I would say thirty minutes would be relatively safe.A:Â
I give mine a hour because that is what it takes for me to eat.Top 1000 Contributor

I would think 20 minutes maybe a little more. I would leave the top open prolly speed it up some.A:Â
This BBQ doesn't take too long to cool down prior to putting it away, I would wait at least 20 minutes to half hour. However, the only thing that I found was that the metal tray should be cleaned or at least whiped out before you put it in a vehicle. I drive a Caliber and I had it in the back which is open and I could smell the grease from the drip tray. Other than that it was great and easy to transport....hope this has helped.Q:Â

Does the outside of this grill get too hot that I can't sit it on the swim platform to grill?

I sit mine on old carpet after use and I never have any problems. Just make sure the drip pan isn't getting full or it could slosh around and make a mess.A:Â
No this is a very hot grill it will melt or burn any thing around it the flames are not covered. Please buy very long cooking tools and put the wind to your back.A:Â
The manufacturer does not recommend it. However, you might test out the unit and if it does not work just return for a refund within 30 business days.Answers
