I was looking for a lower priced semi-auto for my son, to replace his 20 gauge pump. I decided to give this gun a try after reading the other reviews. I whole heartedly agree with all of them. It has exceeded my expectations and I will be purchasing another for my other son as well. It cycles flawlessly on light or heavy loads. The piston is easy to swap out. Easy to disassemble and clean. Light enough to carry and accurate as well. An excellent shotgun at any price!

I did a load of research before buying this gun, and I am beyond pleased with it! It shoots really nice, cycles flawlessly, it's easy to clean, and very well balanced. It is very comfortable to swing and I cannot wait for duck and fall turkey season! I'm actually considering buying a second one for my wife as well!

I bought this 28" SA-08 shotgun on Rewards Night and got an extra 10% off of what is already a very reasonable price with my Outdoor Rewards Visa card. Since I had a lot of rewards points banked, I paid near nothing for this - great rewards program.
I did some research on a variety of semi-auto shotguns and decided to give the Weatherby a try. I will say I am truly impressed with this firearm. First, the butt plate is as soft as a Limb Saver making it extremely comfortable after four rounds of skeet and four rounds of trap today. Second, this thing is light weight and swings with ease. Third, after shooting a couple hundred rounds through it today, it did't have a single issue cycling cartridges. And last, I like it so much, I will get the 20 gauge during the Fall Hunting Classic for my wife and nephew to shoot.
I look forward to using it for Spring Gobbler season now.
Do your own research for yourself. I am sure you will not be disappointed if you decide to make the purchase. Go for it.
