Water Shed™ Permanent Waterproofing Liquid
Must have for dry fly fishing
No matter what floatant you use on the stream you should use a pretreatment first. I've used a couple different brands and this one works better in my opinion. It only takes a drop for a standard size dry fly like say a #14 Adams, so the bottle, although small, will last a long time. It has to fully dry to be effective so I treat my flies as soon as they are bought or tied. Then once dry they go in the flybox ready for the next fishing trip. You will still want to use your regular on stream fly treatment, whether that's a dry shake (my favorite), paste or silicone, WaterShed will just make it more effective.

works as described, best if you let cure for a day before fishing. works on all flies, will not damage color or texture.

Best flotant I've ever used
I have used many different brands of flotant over the years, but nothing performs as well as this one. Others seem to last for a short period, then the fly sinks. With Watershed, if used as directed -- 24 hour dry time -- your fly will continue to float. Small bottle, but the product spreads easily, and you have a one time fix.

I've used this for a while now, as long as you give it the right amount of time to dry. Floats like a dream.
