I used the wasp broadhead to shoot a spike this bow season. The deer only ran about 35 yards but there was no blood to be found accept where the deer was laying. This broadhead has no problem killing the deer but i was upset when i found no blood trail leading up to the deer. These broadheads group well and shoot well

I have used wasp boss for many years. excellent broadhead. I now use the wasp sst hammer. The boss groups better without adjustments. But the wasp sst hammer is a killing machine. Dont want to track deer long? get the sst hammer. If tracking is involved you will find the blood and the animal you shot. Good luck and good hunting.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by SCBasser Best by far!
I have used Sonic by American Broadhead Co. and NAP Thunderheads, the Sonics fall to pieces, the Thunderheads I could never get to tune as perfect as I prefer, but this Wasp SST Boss 100 gr. 3-Blade is truly unbelievable! What really convinced me was a late season desperation shot I took two seasons ago that, as any profound and VERY ethical bowhunter should probably not take---BUT, the Wasp did it's job hands down! A straight down, close range shot on a moving buck proved that not only is this broadhead capable of penetrating PELVIC bone, but also burrowed 8 inches into the ground after a complete pass thru! I shoot helical feathers which proves to help pass-thru shots also, but also the broadhead itself wasn't even damaged---no bent , broken or even scarred up blades!!! Unbelievable! Since then I have taken Nebraska and SC whitetails, which without fail, ALL the deer died almost instantly----the longest and VERY prolific blood trail, was 75 yds.! Wouldn't even think of switching---hope Wasp never quits making this broadhead, because honestly, I don't think theres a better broadhead made!!!!
